Celebrating Brian Kilowan’s Journey at LMC Express

On September 20, 1997, Brian embarked on a career that would see him grow from a driver to one of the key figures in LMC Express. Brian’s dedication, work ethic, and passion have played a significant role in both his personal success and the company’s growth.

Starting as a driver, Brian quickly became known for his reliability and commitment. Over the years, he worked his way up to join the operations team and today, he holds the position of senior route controller. In this role, Brian oversees critical routes, including Cape Town to Durban and Cape Town to Port Elizabeth/East London. His responsibilities include ensuring the trucks are fully booked, managing customer service to keep clients happy, and coordinating truck maintenance with the relevant departments. Recently, he has also been instrumental in organising later shifts to ensure the trucks leave on time in the evenings.

Reflecting on his time at LMC Express, Brian credits the company for playing a big role in his life, helping him grow into a confident and strong individual. He’s proud of the contributions he has made to the company’s success and the impact the company has had on his personal and professional growth.

When he’s not managing routes and trucks, Brian enjoys growing plants, watching rugby, camping, and taking family trips. As a dedicated Stormers and Springbok supporter, he brings the same passion and energy to his hobbies as he does to his work.
