Gershwin’s Journey: From Local Roads to Long Distance Dreams
Gershwin began his journey at LMC in 2020. He started out on local routes, gaining experience and building his confidence. After a year, he progressed to long-distance driving—something he had always dreamed of.
The highlight of his career has been the opportunity to drive big trucks. It was a major milestone for Gershwin, especially considering he had no prior experience with heavy vehicles before joining LMC.
He is deeply grateful to LMC for giving him the chance to prove himself. The company believed in his potential and provided him with the platform to grow and learn.
Today, Gershwin plays an important role in transporting loads safely, always following LMC’s strict rules and procedures. Coming from a background where such structure was new to him, he credits the company for teaching him the importance of discipline and professionalism on the road.
Outside of work, Gershwin enjoys watching and playing cricket. He also treasures the time he gets to spend with his kids when he’s home.
