Reshma & Samantha’s Journey with LMC Express

Reshma and Samantha both embarked on their journeys with LMC Express in 2021—Reshma relocating from Cape Town to Durban in February, and Samantha joining as a POD Clerk in May. With backgrounds in logistics and customer service, they have grown personally and professionally, embracing new challenges and responsibilities.

Samantha, on the other hand, cherishes moments when she has gone the extra mile for clients—like ensuring a same-day urgent stock delivery, earning heartfelt appreciation from a customer.

Roles & Responsibilities

Reshma manages clients across KZN, Eastern Cape, and Gauteng, frequently traveling to maintain customer satisfaction and source new business. Samantha, as a Customer Care Liaison, ensures seamless customer experiences, resolving concerns and coordinating with internal teams.

Lessons Learned

Both have embraced self-care and continuous learning. Reshmabelieves that caring for oneself enables better service to others, and reading has become a daily habit for growth. Samantha has learned adaptability, patience, and the power of commitment in customer service.

Life Beyond Work

Outside of work, Reshma is passionate about rescuing and fostering stray animals, especially kittens and birds, while Samantha enjoys reading, music, hiking, and quality time with family and friends.
