Nengo joined LMC Express in 2011 as an assistant driver, eager to learn and contribute. Through years of commitment and steady growth, his efforts paid off when he was promoted to a permanent driver in 2017. Since then, he has continued to set an example for others, always showing professionalism and consistency in his work.
Recently, Nengo was recognized as the Best Driver of the Month according to MiX Telematics — a proud achievement that showcases his dedication to safe and efficient driving. When asked what motivates him, Nengo shared that his mindset is simple:
“I always want to be better than yesterday.”
This attitude has shaped his journey and continues to drive him forward each day. He also credits LMC Express for teaching him important values such as discipline and respect — lessons that guide him as he interacts with clients from all walks of life.
Outside of work, Nengo enjoys relaxing by watching soccer, and he’s a proud supporter of Kaizer Chiefs. His love for the game mirrors his spirit at work — loyal, focused, and always striving for improvement.
